Yes, I can order blood work when we need more information about your health. Testing ordered by me isn’t covered by OHIP however, so lab fees are paid out of pocket. If you have a health spending account, you may be able to claim the cost of your blood work. Check with your plan provider to confirm what’s covered.

No, I am only able to treat patients living and residing in Ontario. You must be in Ontario during virtual visits.

Naturopathic visit fees are not covered through OHIP, but most extended healthcare plans include naturopathic medicine. Every plan is different but many patients can claim the cost of their visits for reimbursement. Make sure to check what your plan includes as yearly maximums can range from $300 to $2500 yearly. The cost of blood work and supplements is typically not covered by insurance.
-
No, I do not offer direct billing. Payment is due at the end of each visit and you’ll get a receipt with my name, registration number and visit details. You can send that receipt to your insurance provider or health spending account to claim reimbursement yourself. Most plans let you submit claims online or through an app, so it only takes a few minutes.

You can book your appointment online here (link). I require a credit card on file to reserve your appointment time, but this will only be used for late cancellations or no shows. After your appointment is book, you will receive an email confirming your appointment that will ask you to fill out my intake and consent forms. Please have these completed before we meet, if possible.

Your appointment time is set aside just for you, so if it’s missed or cancelled less than 24 hours before your visit, I usually can’t offer it to another patient. That’s why I charge a $75 fee for late cancellations and missed visits. Please note that this fee isn’t typically covered by insurance.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours before your appointment and there’s no charge. I understand that emergencies happen, so please reach out if something unexpected comes up.
